一、產品概述product introduction

失重秤采用靜態計量結構、周期循環控制方式，具有極高的計量精度，廣泛應用于玻璃、建材、水泥、塑料、冶煉、礦山、化工等行業。

二、工作原理Work principle

失重秤采用周期計量控制方式，設置好周期時間和周期重量，在周期內，首先通過上給料機向計量料斗進料，當進料大于設定重量時，停止進料，微機記錄下現在的重量值，然后控制下給料機開始排料，當排料量接近設定重量時，改為慢速排料方式，直到等于設定重量，停止下給料機排料，等待周期結束后，進入下一個周期循環運行，因為計量時處于靜態計量方式，所以有極高的計量精度。
