? ?NJGC型耐壓式稱重給煤機(jī)是火力發(fā)電廠燃煤鍋爐與循環(huán)硫化床鍋爐配套的理想設(shè)備。具有連續(xù)給煤、動(dòng)態(tài)計(jì)量、精度高、并能有效匹配鍋爐運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，自動(dòng)控制熱風(fēng)反竄，使系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行更為安全可靠，為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理、操作提供準(zhǔn)確可靠的計(jì)量數(shù)據(jù)和控制手段，是適應(yīng)鍋爐運(yùn)行工藝的先進(jìn)計(jì)量給煤設(shè)備。
NJGC type pressure coal weighing feeder is coal-fired boiler matched with the circulating fluidized bed boilers ideal equipment of thermal power plant. 二、工作原理work principle
當(dāng)煤通過(guò)控制閘門進(jìn)入給煤機(jī)，皮帶上煤的重量信號(hào)和皮帶運(yùn)行的速度信號(hào)一同傳送到微處理控制器，自動(dòng)計(jì)算出煤的瞬時(shí)流量。通過(guò)連續(xù)不斷的比較設(shè)定流量與實(shí)際煤的瞬時(shí)流量，從而調(diào)節(jié)皮帶運(yùn)行的速度，使實(shí)際煤流量保持在設(shè)定流量值上。給煤機(jī)內(nèi)部裝有溫度傳感器，進(jìn)行溫度的檢測(cè)，并與設(shè)定值比較，當(dāng)達(dá)到臨界點(diǎn)時(shí)，便輸出開關(guān)量信號(hào)和控制系統(tǒng)，快速關(guān)閉煤流出口高溫隔離閘門，從而達(dá)到阻止熱風(fēng)反竄的目的。
When the coal ?through the control gate into the coal weiging feeder, the belt running speed signal and weight signal is transmitted to the micro processing controller, automatically calculate the instantaneous flow of coal. The transient flow through the continuous compare the setting flow and actual coal flow, to adjust the belt speed, so that the actual coal flow is maintained in the set value of flow. Coal feeder with internal temperature sensor to checking the temperature of the inside of the feeder, and compared with the set value, when it reaches the critical point, then switch quantity output signal and control system, quickly close the coal outlet temperature isolation gate, to prevent reverse flow of hot air.

1、采用耐壓式全封閉殼體，密封嚴(yán)密，不漏氣漏塵，能夠在0.35MPa環(huán)境下工作，同時(shí)，在殼體
