1. Raw material receiving and inspection
- The subcontracting processing factory receives the plastic raw materials provided by the customers and conducts inspections on their quality and types.
2. Raw material pretreatment
- If the raw materials have impurities, moisture or do not meet the required size, pretreatment operations such as cleaning, drying and crushing are required.
3. Melting and plasticization
- The pretreated raw materials are added to the barrel of the plastic pelletizing machine. Through heating and the rotation of the screw, the plastic raw materials are melted and fully mixed.
4. Extrusion molding
- The molten plastic is extruded through a mold to form continuous plastic strips or sheets.
5. Cooling and shaping
- The extruded plastic is rapidly cooled through a cooling device (such as water cooling or air cooling) to shape it.
6. Pelletizing
- The cooled plastic is cut into pellets of a certain size using a pelletizer.
7. Screening and classification
- The cut plastic pellets are screened to remove those that do not meet the size requirements.
8. Packaging and storage
- Qualified plastic pellets are packaged and then stored awaiting delivery to the customers.
During the entire subcontracting processing process, process parameters such as temperature, pressure, extrusion speed and pelletizing speed need to be strictly controlled to ensure that the produced plastic pellets meet the quality requirements of the customers.
