一、適用范圍：Scope of application

可生產品種：中藥丸（大蜜丸）、黑芝麻丸、山楂丸、紅豆薏米丸、紫薯丸、食用糖丸、丸狀食品、球狀食品等。Varieties that can be produced: Chinese medicine pills (big honey pill), black sesame pill, hawthorn pill, red bean barley pill, purple potato pill, edible sugar pill, pill-shaped food, spherical food, etc.

二、特點：Features

1.輸送器與物料接觸部位，采用不銹鋼材料制作，其速度為無級調速，保證各種規格料條的出條速度。

2.采用光電傳感器控制切條長度，保證藥條長度一致，每條制品數量恒定，藥頭短小，且藥頭與成品分流，免去在成品中挑選藥頭。

3.采用間歇運動機械手（ZW-369S為氣缸控制）切推料條，結構緊湊。

4.電氣系統采用PLC控制，設置更方便快捷。（ZW-369S）

5.采用高精度CNC數控中心制作搓丸輥，以保證動輥和固定輥的分切間距在允許偏差內。

6.采用標準和專用機電元件，一旦發生故障可及時在市場和我公司采購，減少停產損失。

7.采用不銹鋼板整機封閉，無污染，易清潔，符合GMP要求。

8.生產過程中可涮食用油或酒精。防止蜜丸粘模具。

5. Use precise instruments to make the pill roller to ensure that the slitting distance between the moving roller and the fixed roller is within the allowable deviation.
6. Using standard and special electromechanical components, in case of failure, it can be purchased in the market and our company in time to reduce the loss of production shutdown.
7. The whole machine is closed with stainless steel plate, no pollution, easy to clean, and meets GMP requirements.
8. Cooking oil or alcohol can be rinsed during the production process. Prevent the honey pill from sticking to the mold.
