為了安全作業(yè)需要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

1、用鋸的重量來控制切割壓力。對于較軟的材料來說，這樣的重量已經(jīng)足夠。過多的壓力會降低鋸片的速度。對于較硬的材料，可以通過加壓的方式來降低鋸片的轉(zhuǎn)動速度。切割是保持鋸筆直。鋸片的任何扭曲或歪斜都可能降低其使用壽命

2、關(guān)閉空氣馬達(dá)時，釋放閥桿。

3、更換鋸片前，務(wù)必斷開空氣軟管，并推動閥桿以釋放掉馬達(dá)內(nèi)的壓力。

4、順時針轉(zhuǎn)動調(diào)整手柄以便釋放鋸片導(dǎo)桿上的張力。然后釋放側(cè)面板的鎖以便打開側(cè)面板。然后從驅(qū)動輪上取下鋸片并將其從鋸帶導(dǎo)桿上松開。

5、下次切割開始前，鋸片必須保持運(yùn)動狀態(tài)。氣動鋸時，鋸片不能接觸任何表面。
