INCONEL 112焊條用于INCONEL 625，INCOLOY 825\25-6MO合金以及其它含鉬不銹鋼的手工電弧焊中，也可用于鋼的表面堆焊以及各種耐蝕合金如20耐蝕合金的焊接中。這種焊條形成的焊縫金屬在室溫和高溫下具有較高的強度和很強的耐蝕能力，包括耐點蝕，裂隙腐蝕以及在多硫酸性介質中的應力腐蝕開裂等。INCONEL 112焊條可用于異種金屬的焊接，包括INCONEL系列合金，INCOLOY系列合金，不銹鋼，低合金鋼以及碳鋼。INCONEL112焊條應采用直流正接的方式，并適用于全位置焊接。
