FDJ-120手持切割鋸是我公司針對(duì)高危，安全系數(shù)要求特別的工作環(huán)境，如化工.治煉廠.天然氣開采.潮濕的隧道，水下及狹窄的空間作業(yè)。山西萬澤錦達(dá)機(jī)械制造有限公司自主研發(fā)的新型多用途電動(dòng)手持切割工具。它使用德國進(jìn)口鋸條，利用電源作為動(dòng)力源。電動(dòng)手持切割鋸不但整機(jī)重量輕，操作簡(jiǎn)單，攜帶方便無火花，提高工作效益。本產(chǎn)品安全可靠是切割行業(yè)的最理想氣動(dòng)切割工具。
適用范圍

使用方法：
1、了解所需切割的材料。
2、確保牢固固定了所需切割的材料，防止其移動(dòng)。
3、電源接上時(shí)，用手指按壓閥桿，然后開始切割。
4、用鋸的重量來控制切割壓力。對(duì)于較軟的材料來說，這樣的重量已經(jīng)足夠。過多的壓力會(huì)降低鋸片的速度。對(duì)于較硬的材料，可以通過加壓的方式來降低鋸片的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)速度。切割是保持鋸筆直。鋸片的任何扭曲或歪斜都可能降低其使用壽命。（注意：避開切割后可能掉落的碎片。切割即將完成時(shí)，切勿使鋸碰到您的身體、工件或附近的其它人員。）
5、下次切割開始前，鋸片必須保持運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)。電動(dòng)鋸時(shí)，鋸片不能接觸任何表面。
6、更換鋸片前，務(wù)必?cái)嚅_電源力。
7、順時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)整手柄以便釋放鋸片導(dǎo)桿上的張力。然后釋放側(cè)面板的鎖以便打開側(cè)面板。然后從驅(qū)動(dòng)輪上取下鋸片并將其從鋸帶導(dǎo)桿上松開。
為了安全作業(yè)需要注意以下幾點(diǎn)：

FDJ-120/180/230 hand-held emulsion / wind cutting saw use method:
