INCOFLUXR 7 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX 7 埋弧焊劑是一種燒結(jié)焊劑，設(shè)計與INCONEL 625焊絲匹配使用，INCONEL 625焊絲是一種耐蝕的鎳-鉻-鉬合金材料。這種焊劑的典型應(yīng)用是INCONEL 625、INCOLOY 825合金自身之間或與鐵素體金屬材料之間的開坡口焊接。這種焊劑與焊絲的匹配也可用于很多種耐蝕含鉬合金例如904L、316、317合金以及雙相不銹鋼的焊接。這種焊劑的另一個主要應(yīng)用是與INCONEL 625填充金屬相匹配，在碳鋼表面堆焊形成耐蝕耐氧化層。

儲藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以無限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中，可以在500oF保溫烘干2小時或600oF保溫烘干1小時后使用。

The INCOFLUX 7 submerged arc welding agent is a sintering flux, which is designed to match the INCONEL 625 welding wire. INCONEL 625 wire is an anticorrosive ni-chrome-molybdenum alloy material. The typical application of this kind of flux is INCONEL 625, INCOLOY 825 alloy itself or with the open groove welding between ferrite metal materials. The solder and wire matching can also be used for a variety of corrosion - resistant, molybdenum alloys such as 904L, 316, 317 alloys and double - phase stainless steel welding. Another major application of this flux is the matching of the INCONEL 625 filler metal to the surface of carbon steel.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefinitely in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
