INCOFLUXR 6 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX 6 埋弧焊劑是一種燒結(jié)焊劑，設(shè)計(jì)與INCONEL 61／82、NI-ROD 44和NILO CF36 焊絲匹配使用。這種焊劑的典型應(yīng)用是Nickel 200合金自身之間或與鋼之間的開(kāi)坡口焊接，以及與INCONEL 61匹配使用在碳鋼表面進(jìn)行堆焊。這種焊劑也可以與INCONEL 82填充金屬相匹配，形成多達(dá)三層的堆焊層。（注意：如果需要更多的堆焊層，應(yīng)當(dāng)使用INCOFLUX 4埋弧焊劑INCONEL 82填充金屬）。NI-ROD 44填充金屬和INCOFLUX 6 埋弧焊劑匹配可以用于鑄鐵之間以及鑄鐵和鋼之間的埋弧焊接。INCOFLUX 6 埋弧焊劑也可以與NILO CF36填充金屬匹配用于INVAR合金和NILO 36合金的焊接。

儲(chǔ)藏和干燥條件
焊劑密封在未開(kāi)啟的容器中可以無(wú)限期保存。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中，可以在500oF保溫烘干2小時(shí)或600oF保溫烘干1小時(shí)后使用。

The INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc welding agent is a sinter welding flux which is designed to match INCONEL 61/82, ni-rod 44 and NILO CF36 welding wire. The typical application of this kind of flux is Nickel 200 alloy itself between or between steel and the open groove welding, and INCONEL 61 matching USES on carbon steel surface for surfacing. The flux can also be matched with the INCONEL 82 filler metal, forming up to three layers of surfacing. (note: if more layers are needed, INCOFLUX 4 submerged arc welding agent INCONEL 82 should be used. Ni-rod 44 filler metal and INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc welding agent can be used for the submerged arc welding between cast iron and steel and steel. The INCOFLUX 6 submerged arc welding agent can also be used to match the NILO CF36 filler metal for the welding of INVAR alloy and NILO 36 alloy.

Storage and drying conditions
The flux seals can be kept indefinitely in unopened containers. If the solder is exposed to wet conditions, it can be used after an hour of thermal insulation drying for 2 hours or 600oF.
