聚氨酯建筑密封膏屬雙組份反應固化型，有A、B兩組份組成。A組分為乳白色或淺黃色粘稠狀聚氨酯預聚體，B組分為固化劑與助劑等混合脫水而成的黑色膏狀體或液體，固化后具有一定的彈性及粘結性，（A組份：B組份=10：0.8～1.2）。

注意事項

一、建筑物必須保持干燥、干凈、無油污。

二、在施工前應先將底涂液涂于表面，待表面干燥后把縫隙的兩邊10mm處貼上50mm寬的防護膠帶，以防施工中多余的聚硫膠把構筑物表面弄臟。

三、 把箱內1桶白色聚硫膠（A組份）與1袋黑色固化劑（B組份）充分攪拌均勻，直到無色差為止。
